Meet Our People
Andrew Gill

Andrew has been living and breathing communication and events for over 25 years. At the core it is about specialising in creative and audience engagement.
Over these years he has been fortunate to work with many iconic brands and inspiring individuals. With a performing and producing background across TV, radio, and in live theatre productions, Andrew is a master experience creator and brings his energy and creativity to each project, and the team he works with.
Kirsten Scott

Kirsten provides support production on all projects. She has an extensive background in events and hospitality, and large-scale public events. She brings her great attention to detail to everything “behind the scenes”.
Kirsten is a foodie with a sense of fun and understands complex production schedules and requirements.
Mike Finch

Prior to being Artistic Director and co-CEO of Circus Oz, Mike's background was as a circus performer, film-maker, producer, director, designer, juggler and acrobat.
Mike specialises in non-ordinary theatre, including outdoor and site-specific performance, community, circus, celebratory, pyrotechnics, video and multi-media production.
He currently works as a Consultant, Director, and Producer for organisations including Northern Rivers Performing Arts, The Mullum Circus Festival, the Sydney Opera House, and White Night.
Richard Farr

Richard heads our Broadcast and Business Events group and is based in Sydney.
He and his team have produced exceptional video packages and coverage with Agent Creative since 2017.
Richard also directs and produces a range of hybrid events and webcasts.
Jo Malley

Communication and producing go hand in hand for this dynamo wordsmith and organiser. Trained in Public Relations Jo’s experience across events, media and communications is invaluable. Howard Jones, fine wine and Cairn Terriers are her passions.
Graham Cunningham

Successful live events require an experienced Technical Director to coordinate complex presentations, audio visual management and oversee the technical team who deliver this.
Graham ‘Calm’ingham enables this effortlessly. From leadership conferences to large scale events, he is trusted by all the client presentation team, and is integral to every Agent Creative live and online production.
Jodie Gallacher

An award-winning film and advertising editor, Jodie is a superb co-creator and sets the standard for all our digital content. Calm and insightful, Jodie has a keen eye and razor-sharp editing skills.
Her vision and understanding of script and production contributes greatly to all projects.
Fred Kroh

Andrew and Fred have worked together since the mid 1990’s! His combined knowledge of event staging and visual arts is invaluable across all planning and implementation of our projects.
Fred is also an accomplished stills photographer specialising in fine art and portraiture photography.
Dougal Fanning

A Director Of Photography who takes such care and knows exactly how to frame a shot, shoot a scene and tell a story.
Constantly focussed on technological refinements ensuring the perfect frame…when he’s not out trying to catch the perfect wave.
Stephen Hadley

Stephen has been an Agent since the early 2000s. He works as a much valued member of our team, contributing filming and editing. since the early 2000’s. delete
Steve has a great understanding of events and the many moving parts across AV staging and capture. He also has performed for the likes of Bono from U2! – he also introduced us to the Flight of the Concords!
